Refund & Cancellation
At QRMA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please review our policy below:
1. Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective or damaged. Please ensure the items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please email us at customer.qrma@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
2. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the new product has a different price, we will either refund or charge the difference.
3. Cancellations:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customer.qrma@gmail.com or call +91 9717321333. Cancellations are possible only before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
4. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, clearance items, or any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
